If you decide to move forward, we will arrange regular sessions in a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space. Therapy is not time-limited, allowing us to work at a pace that feels supportive and meaningful for you.

Therapy can support you in building self-understanding, healthier boundaries, emotional resilience, and a stronger connection with yourself. If you choose to end therapy, the door is always open for you to return for support in the future.
