About Trinity Wellbeing Therapies
Trinity Wellbeing Therapies was shaped through both my professional experience and personal journey, with care, compassion, and human connection at the heart of my work.
Through my work in hospitality, then domiciliary care, GP services, addiction support, and private practice, I have supported people through some of life’s most challenging experiences, helping them reconnect with themselves and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.
Contact MeWhy I Do What I Do
I believe lasting change happens when people feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. Many of us spend years adapting to survive difficult experiences, relationships, or environments, often losing touch with our own needs along the way.
My role isn’t to tell you who you should be. It’s to provide a supportive space where you can explore your experiences, understand yourself more deeply, and build a stronger connection with who you already are.
My focus
My focus is on helping people reconnect with themselves in a safe and compassionate environment:
- Creating the kind of safe, attuned space where people feel genuinely seen and understood
- Helping clients move from survival mode into self-understanding and empowerment
- Supporting people to rebuild trust in themselves, their voice, their boundaries, and their identity
- Witnessing and holding space for vulnerability, courage, and growth without judgement

Ongoing Support
Ending therapy does not have to mean closing the door completely. Clients are always welcome to return for further support, whether for short-term support or at different stages of life.
A bit about my journey
Before training as a counsellor, I worked in hospitality, focusing on mental health first aid, and later in domiciliary care in the community. Both roles taught me the importance of empathy, connection, and creating spaces where people feel heard and cared for. Over time, this led me towards counselling and therapeutic work.
I completed my counselling placement within a GP surgery in South Manchester, where I worked therapeutically with clients for almost 2 years, supporting people experiencing a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges. After qualifying, I worked as an Addictions Counsellor at The Priory, helping individuals navigate addiction, shame, trauma, and complex emotional experiences, whilst also holding groups for family members impacted by addiction.
I believe therapy is much more than simply talking about problems. It is a collaborative process built on trust, safety, and human connection. It is a privilege to witness the courage and growth that can happen when someone feels safe and free enough to be fully themselves.
